Paper Mill canal walk and exciting news

Went for a lovely walk along the Papermill canal and enjoyed a  coffee and lunch with B. Blue sky to start,  but it soon clouded over. She is frustrated with her slow progress but I can see improvements. We made plans for a canal trip on the boat, but decided to check out the weather first.

I received a call from Martin for an offer on Maidstone. Delighted, and after checking with the family will will accept tomorrow morning. 

Attended my first Gig rowers weight training session in the Prom. Challenging but fun. Organised by Steph. Found the arm pulls the hardest. I will need to work on these. Italy is moving forward  - we now have a WhatsApp and F is booking flights tomorrow.
