Heron

The sun has shone for most of the day and it was even quite warm, in fact, warm enough to sit in the garden and need some shade.
Morning was breadmaking, defrosting the freezer (not a favourite job) and seeing if I could run okay. I went round by the ponds and managed about 4k (not exactly sure as the watch battery died) without any pain, it was nice to be out.
The afternoon was sitting knitting in the sun and gardening, including picking raspberries that are usually later.
