Waterlilies

I slept a bit later this morning, which is unlike me, and Bob was up and out in the garden earlier than me.  A beautiful day, high of 20C and so welcome after the dreadfully cold weather of late.

After a morning of household chores we had a walk down at Rouken Glen. 

 It was very busy, school holidays of course, but we sat for a while with an ice cream people watching.  Nice to note that they had removed the weed which was covering parts of the pond, and the waterlilies are just lovely at the moment.  And then home for some coffee on the deck before dinner, which was leftovers from last night.  So easy to prepare, with our own fresh veg.
