Eating a Rainbow

I was going to say l was partial to my home made salads and crop then crop this  image and make it mono for the MM challenge but when l looked at all these colours l just couldn’t do it.

If you are interested l made:
Tabbouleh with some extra crunchy veg in it.
Red onion, radish and tomato salad.
My own picketed red cabbage.
Beetroot , apple and walnut salad.
Carrot orange and almonds salad.
Potato and mint salad.
I didn’t make the dollop of hummus…but l sometimes do.
