Lucifer

The morning’s rain means G and his brother cancel the next stage of their Anglesey Coastal Path, but by the afternoon, the sun is shining. 

There’s the opportunity to go out, but by now I’m fixated on the tennis; first watching Alcaraz, then Radacanu. Both fascinating matches, but with different outcomes, and I’m so disappointed that Emma’s not got through. 

So it’s back to garden blips. The crocosmia Lucifer is just coming into flower, catching the evening sun in a shadowy corner - today’s blip.
