To the Glory of the Day…….

The vibrant colour of the dawn sky was almost unbelievably beautiful this morning. Here the sun is appearing behind distant trees.
I love these early mornings down at the river. The light and the scenery pulls me back day after day. The other big attraction for me is meeting and greeting my dog-walker friends and their dogs. They lift my spirit.
I had a bad night with an attack of atrial fibrillation. But I recovered quite quickly this time and felt well enough to get out and walk with Maisie. But I was pretty tired later in the morning and needed a good long “Power Nap” to recharge my energy levels.
