Grip

A new device in the gym. Well, not that new as Curt found it at the back of a drawer and reckons he’s had it for about eight years. Must have had a premonition that he’d be opening his own gym four years later and that the colour scheme would be black and orange!
I’m not sure Mrs C really grasped (sorry!) what it was for, as her only comment was “I’m not getting much out of this water pistol”. I decided a diplomatic silence on my part was probably the best response…
The afternoon was spent watching the F1 qualifying. The changeable weather certainly made for an interesting session and it was great to see Brits in the first three grid positions - first time since 1968 apparently. Let us hope that feat can be replicated at the end of tomorrow’s race.
