Hydrangea in the Rain

While P was working all day, on the phone (in two languages) with several colleagues, all trying - with increasing frustration- to fix something that had been broken by a “cost saving” subcontractor, I had a domestic day: Washing, shopping, paperwork, some gardening between rain showers, and cooking dinner.

Normally we would split the chores between us, but not today. Thank you, whoever decided to outsource that job from P’s company to some faraway “experts”…

I apologize for the emergency blip. This white hydrangea brightens up the space next to our front door, and that’s as far as I got today - apart from a short drive to the supermarket in the rain.
