Street adornment

I had to go into town this morning for my routine eye test (nothing changed except the cataracts are slightly worse but not yet needing treatment). 
I went to long way round to the bus stop and passed a few of these tartan decorations, I though the Dundee one the moat appropriate.
In the afternoon I spent a couple of hours in the garden and watched a bit of cycling and this evening I've been processing holiday info.
It is still decidedly cool, though a bit better when the sun comes out. The garden is quite dry, the showers haven't been quite enough, especially as it's been windy at times.
