Friday Rosebuds in the rain

Woke (at 5.28am) with my right shoulder muscle in spasm which has made for another difficult day as I’ve been busy getting things ready for the patient to go into respite care tomorrow; hard to turn, lift, carry etc. The District Nurse, who’s been here twice today to deal with the patient (who’s been in bed all day), advised a heat pad but it hasn’t helped. Struggled to try on the usual online panic “holiday” clothes shopping, and as per usual, out of the 11 items I ordered, 9 are going back. One of the items I kept was a Christmas jumper! It’s been miserable, dark and rainy all day, maybe I should wear my new jumper!


Before I can go to bed I must make up the return parcels so I’ll pop by with stars etc, and hope to finally have the time and energy to catch up properly tomorrow. Thank you so much for all your recent kind words, stars and hearts.
