Lily

No surprises when we got up this morning to discover a Labour landslide!  And the SNP badly depleted!  

Took some books to the charity shop on my way to lunch with M, we shared a plate and had a good blether.  Then went to see Pat in the care home.  Her speech is very bad now, and we struggle to hear her, so she tried writing today.  A bit better for all of us.  I had taken some pictures along of days gone by, and she was quite delighted with them.

She also let us see a book on Parkinsons, which explained quite a lot.
She enjoyed the photos of the baby too, so it was a good visit with a lot of do and say.

My lily is a bit battered, as most of our plants in the garden, suffice to say we have had rather awful weather for the last few days.
