Last night I stayed up too late due to the election, with the result that I cancelled my 8.30am gym class. But I did get there midmorning and had a go on lots of different equipment, leaving after 1.5 hours. I don't know what this machine is called but you sit and push with your legs.

Over lunch I watched footage of the outgoing and incoming politicians, didn't think much of Sunak's and Farage's speeches but thought Starmer's was good. Let's hope its not all hot air!

Maybe I should wash these trainers!
