Hanbury Hall

I met my friend John at the National Trust property,  Hanbury Hall.  The day was drab and we kicked off with coffee followed seamlessly by lunch.  Ann joined us after going for a walk.

After a good chat, the weather still being dull, we wandered over the courtyard to the book shop.  I had given up finding any shadows, the theme for Wide Wednesday hosted by Nicoiseannie, so I took an interesting corner of the book shop with some shade and shadows in the dark corners. 

We then met up with Ann in the garden and made our way back to the car park (John and I by courtesy bus, Ann walked).
