Yesterday, Canada Day, today, a Canadian Tiger Swallowtail! This female visited the butterfly bed that I blipped yesterday, flitting from various swamp milkweeds to this orange butterfly weed. A delightful sight! • A busy day of errands but we wanted to get everything done before July 4th on Thursday. I mowed and weed whacked yesterday, so now all that’s left to do is decorate with a few well placed small flags outdoors • We found a dwarf butterfly bush on sale, and a flat of zinnias, that I hope to get planted before dinner. I’m excited to see hummingbird moths soon • Peace & Love
