Painted Sage

I grew some painted sage plants from seed this year. They're decorative rather than culinary and I'm pleased to see the colourful bracts starting to develop. 

Emergency dental appointment this morning. My dentist is so good at seeing me if I have a problem. Slightly ouch but all sorted thank goodness. 

I've missed yoga the past couple of weeks so will try to get to my class later. Otherwise it's prep for friends arriving tomorrow for a few nights. I have instructed them to pack vests. It's so chilly here!
