The Transition

This was taken on the drive up to Madera Canyon in the Coronado National Forest. Only the tops of the mountains are showing. (I was really high!)

Expanded. YES!

Madera Canyon is about a 12-mile drive through the desert from Green Valley. It's amazing to watch the transition from being in the desert to being in the forested mountains, almost in the blink of an eye.
