this evening around 18 balloons flew, to the delight of the crowd who cheered every time a balloon launched into the sky. Unfortunately it rained a little later so the night glow had to be cancelled. There were a number of disgruntled spectators who didn't understand quite how difficult it is to dry out a balloon once it gets wet.
