A touch of nostalgia

In a few day’s time I will look back on this tranquil scene from my evening walk with nostalgia as we trek to the middle of Europe.
It will begin on Wednesday morning (after voting) with a taxi to Stirling station followed by a train to London.
Overnight stay in London.
Thursday morning -Underground to Heathrow airport.
Afternoon flight to Milan. 
Overnight Milan. 
Friday - minivan to  Buisson in the Italian Alps. 
Cable car to Chamois, traffic free resort.
 Arrival late Friday afternoon.
Phew! 
Why? All will be revealed in due course.
