You may just make out the runners in the photo of our friends on tracks around Barbon - and this group was doing a short route on lower ground, whilst Andy and others went up into the mists on Barbon Fell.  We didn't get too wet or cold, but the hot drink and late breakfast at Casterton Golf Clubhouse was very welcome.
