Tall Ships

Frank has been painting today. :-)
I tried to phone PALS, it was answer machine and it said they’d get back to me. Not yet.
I also got the email Sabrina sent to PALS, printed out at the printers in Settle. I wrote a letter to Frank’s GP and put Sabrina’s printed out email with the letter in an envelope and took it to the surgery.
This afternoon the surgery receptionist phoned Frank and asked if he needed mental health support. He said no, he has enough support from family and friends (and Blippers said I!)
Frank said if any other person wants mental health support the waiting list is up to 2 years!

It has been so cold today, it is like Autumn.
I have seen some Blipper’s posts with bees and butterflies but I have hardly seen any bees and only one butterfly - a cabbage white.

Watching telly now.
