Bundt cake

I expected to be blipping the red arrows today but the weather didn’t want them. We’d put factor 50 on when we left the house to watch Red 10 parking his helicopter but it was persistent rain and very low visibility by the time they were due. They started a low cloud display be with the weather getting worse they had to abandon.
In better news, I made a ginger Bundt cake and I’m super pleased I managed to get it out of the pan in one piece. It was soon cut and consumed :-)
