Hawk moth

We had a bit of rain here this morning so we delayed our dog walk.  

Had a quiet Sunday reading much of the time when not walking the hound.

Spotted the hawk moth on the path on our afternoon dog walk.  Looking up hawk moths there are many.  I couldn't find this particular beauty.
