A Day In The Life

Open Sesame

We were pleased to see many of our orange day lilies open this morning! There’s a large bunch growing at the corner of the shed and standing much taller than in years past • With thunderstorms forecasted for the afternoon and evening MrsP and I teamed up early to add soil to our eight potato bags. The plants are looking great loving all the recent rain. I transplanted two pepper plants from pots to the garden because they’re NOT looking great. Fingers crossed they’ll be happier. The naughty dear deer did eat their blossoms earlier and I’m hoping for a comeback • How sad today is the last day of June! Our summer is passing too quickly, just like weekends! • Peace & Love
