I'm not a massive buddleia fan but this one filled a gap and is quite pretty, as long as I'm fairly enthusiastic with pruning it.

Himself was doing the First Timers briefing (for his first time) at his preferred Parkrun this morning so I went there instead on my preferred one. I don't do his very often as it's quite hilly compared to mine (I'm ever the lazy one) but I managed an ok time, my fastest there since 2019. Annoyingly (it's not a race it's a run) someone overtook me pretty much on the line; if I'd have been able to hear them over my Thomas the Tank Engine breathing I wouldn't have let them in.

Chinese take out for dinner today, a rarity indeed. I have to get up early tomorrow.
