Calming

I rubbed these flowers between my fingers and they left the distinctive small of chamomile. There’s just a small patch of them in a short grassy glade in the meadow.

A day of bits and bobs - pottering in the garden after breakfast, a few house related chores, a trip to buy paint for the hall and landing, lunch and word puzzles, and a few hours at the allotment mainly weeding and a couple of dog walks.

I’m now ready for bed and to listen to an audio book.

Hoping you’ve had a good day.
