This is Irvine's most recent attempt at revival, build more shiny things.

For the past year it's been (and still is) a nightmare trying to negotiate your way down bridgegate, and they've already started digging up the new marble effect street paving replacing it clumps of black tarmac.

Are all town councils a complete shambles?
