"There's No Business Like Crow Business..."

(I seem to be on a roll with adapting old songs lately.)  A flock of crows was in a tree at the back edge of the field.  A flock is sometimes referred to a "murder of crows."  I heard them long before I saw them.  They spent some time walking in the field looking for bugs, even picking up clumps of grass left by the mower to see if anything was hiding underneath.  The grasshoppers are arriving and with them comes the crows, like clockwork.  Such beautiful and highly intelligent birds.  Here's a video of a crow named "007" (nice connection with my bee the other day) who solves a complex puzzle.  They are always such a treat to see patrolling the field.
