We have an amazing "balloon lady" at Road America who spends her days in the play area at the track making a fantastic variety of balloon creatures for all the kids who want one. You wouldn't believe the repertoire of balloon creatures she makes from memory.....it's astounding.

In the play area mom and dad get a break and the kids get a chance to burn off some excess energy playing on the swings, riding tricycles, climbing ropes, kicking soccer balls, and doing some coloring of race cars in coloring books.  It's a very fun place for the kids.  Sometimes, there's even a science teacher there doing some "experiments" with them.
