A cooler day. We had a call about S at lunchtime to say that he would possibly be discharged after 5. We offered to do the collection and the the next thing that we knew was that pick up time had changed to 2pm. Less than 24 hrs since he went to theatre to have his appendix out. He will need to catch up on his sleep.

Safely transported home we left him in R’s care. Whilst we went home
