Anniversary

It wouldn't be summer without some sweet peas. These got off to a very poor start in the wet spring but are now starting to come good. This variety is called 'Anniversary', an appropriate one for today as Mrs L and I have now been married for forty-three years. We marked the occasion by  starting to lift our new potatoes. Their addition makes us more or less self-sufficient in vegetables for the first time in several years.
