Wound up in Wexford

Windy Wednesday

During Covid times, the band I play with were having to rehearse outside, so made a positive out of necessity and started a tradition of playing on various estates around Wexford.  This tradition has continued during the "summer" and today was my first experience of a Windy Wednesday.

Having largely been a lovely day it rained briefly in the late afternoon, and then threatened to rain several times during the evening.  And it was windy - clothes pegs essential to prevent music from flapping.

I spent some time earlier in the day sorting the stuff that had been dumped stored in the blue room, advertising some of it on a Facebook "free to a good home" page with good results -  some gone already, some going tomorrow, a bit more on Friday.  What's left after that will go to the tip or the charity shop.
