Puppy Love

We picked Millie, a border terrier, up just after lunch and it's been quite an energetic afternoon frankly.

She loves water and Hubs has been watering the terrace pots whilst I scrubbed out the pigeon bath which we filled to the brim as it is one of the watering holes for foxes, deer, doves, a cat and now Millie.

She is affectionate, playful, a menace for untying Hubs shoelaces, treats Poppy with respect and is just utterly delightful. She had been the only one out of the litter which had come over, said, 'Hello' and wanted to play. Millie chose me.

Tammy dropped in on her way home from work to see the new arrival so Millie has had more than her fair share of cuddles.

If we can crack the toilet training then all good though overall it's gone better today than I could have possibly hoped.
