Actually, these were just some of the expressions I caught during the performance of "I'm An 11 Year Old ..... Get Me Out Of Here" ... an idea that the kids came up with as their final show for parents/grandparents prior to moving on to High School.
It was most entertaining.

This morning I got the shredder out and failed miserably at shredding stuff -- until I removed the blades (a fun job) and sharpened them.
Then it all went swimmingly.

I then did a bit of woodturning.
I'm not sure it the two small bowls will stay together or split apart....we shall just have to wait and see.
The big piece is going to be taken very slowly and carefully as it is very misshapen and thin (being the last slice of my tree to take the stump down to ground level) and well as very wet (I would be better to wear a wetsuit with the amount of water and sap being thrown out of it.

SWMBO has taken herself off to bed this afternoon (the weather is doing her head in) and I have been getting driven demented by an occasional 'beep' coming from one of the smoke detectors and not being able to work out which one it it.
I have narrowed it down to one of two but for the life of me can't figure out which one (they are both upstairs and not far apart).
At the moment one of them is outside in a plastic box so if there is a beep in the house .... I know which one it is. Hopefully.
