Arctic fox

Day 13. Tired this morning after the late night last night, but we did see a walrus while having breakfast. The captain managed to get the ship a lot closer to the 2 walruses on the ice before they disappeared. Landing this morning and a nice 5.5K walk around Russebukta seeing arctic foxes, reindeer and a few more birds. Afternoon was a zodiac cruse around the same area, a few arctic turns dropping onto the sea after fish, some eider ducks and a couple of nice icebergs but nothing else. Had a nice talk about some people from the Netherlands who wanted to take a ship to place a memorial plaque on a place called Nova Zumbla to remember a famous Dutch explorer, they took a famous Dutch artist with them who did lots of painting and sketches. Went to bed after that as we ship was starting to move too much during the crossing.
