One of the few remaining poppies

This fine red poppy has decided to find its way through my alchemilla mollis. Red and green are good contrasting colours.

I haven't ventured far from today .... my very large loft was having old glass fibre removed. Between forty and fifty black bags full have been taken away and some new vents have been fitted. Fingers crossed that the desired result is achieved.

A bit too warm for me today and it will probably be another night of sheet only on the bed.
