Ducks

Not a very exciting photo but it is quite unusual. 
Tufted ducks can regularly be found in Rouken Glen, Queens Park, Maxwell Park and the Heritage Park but I can't remember ever seeing them out of the water. They snooze while drifting about .... not quite sure what they do when it's dark!

Mallards spend a lot of time on the pond surrounds, sometimes just .... and sometimes dozing ..... today was a bonus when the Tufties came to join the Mallard although they kept their eyes fixed on the activity on the pond.
