Saturday in Fairhaven

We live in the Fairhaven Historical District in the city of Bellingham, WA. I took this photo as we sat at an outdoor table in front of the Acme ice cream store. Our favorite store closed but this one is till here. The ice cream is heavier and more pudding like. I really like it. Shelly less but it was his suggestion we have some here after we attended a play reading at the Theatre Guild. So we did. Our part of Bellingham is a tourist magnet, especially in summer, so there were lots of folks wandering around. I love living in this part of town.
