Peaceful Fishery

This is the view from one of our chairs sat outside the BK. Lovely spot near Wellow and tomorrow I may even do some fishing - it’s been a few years but the relaxing spot is very inviting. We spent the morning in Southampton visiting with Jeannie at Hannah’s cafe - unfortunately she was sick and couldn’t be there but we enjoyed our time and the food and drink.

Afternoon was spent relaxing and resting, though the owner of this 28 acre paradise came over a couple of times and regaled us with his stories. He’s promised to sit down and drink wine with us tomorrow - very friendly and his stories are also amusing. Had a call with the 3 boys and grandkids this evening - looking forward to our next 3 days before we head out with LV for our holiday in France!
