Pain in my heart

Frustrating morning trying to find out where a redelivered FedEx parcel was - an email, 2 phone calls and then going to the pick up location and asking them to double-check if it was there - later, and I finally got my parcel. It had been delivered to the Morrisons Local 2 days ago according to the label on the box, even though the woman insisted over the phone and in the shop that it wasn't there and I'd received no updates or notifications from FedEx (it's still showing as at the Bradford Depo on their website!) Hey ho, all's well that ends well. And see extra for one of the cute things the parcel contained :-)
