this evening walking home from work.

I was just about to leave work when one of our residents started to throw up. He's the one who was ill the last time. He saw doctor on Wednesday when it was my day off. The doctor said that it's the beginning of the end for him. The doctor asked to keep an eye on his pulse. The "older" staff at our ward has said that it's impossible to get his pulse, so they haven't taken it. I took it 4 times today. No problem. His blood pressure is going up and down and his pulse was 43 at lowest. It seems like his heart is starting to fail. He might get DNR next. I'm just repeating what I heard. His mum and sister are coming to see him tomorrow. I'll be at work and I'm really interested to see them.



I have to be at work at 7 am tomorrow. We have another excursion planned tomorrow with the crew. We'll be visiting Lahti harbor. That's very nice!
