Piggy Back

I saw the heron first and then the wood duck behind. I didn't have enough depth of field to get both in focus, so I took two shots, thinking I would decide later which to choose.

Only afterwards I though about focus stacking but, being hand held, the frames didn't match up too well. I fiddled around in photoshop and, although not perfect, it's good enough for screen viewing.

Only later did I notice the turtle looking on.
