Nettles

No one's favourite plant but they looked quite lovely at sunset!

A good day today, having finally managed to speak with someone at HMRC after waiting on 'hold' for close on an hour. It was worth it, as I was assured my issue has now been resolved. 

Then time spent looking after my granddaughters. Always lovely. I was amazed how much the youngest was talking!

Later, back at their house, we had dinner together, whilst watching the football. Then I went out to scour the countryside for anything interesting. I saw deer, hares and partridges but the light was too poor by then to do them justice.
