Mini puds

We had lunch with friends D&A and we visited a pub from my childhood. The waitress was amused when I told her it was the pub where I had my first legal drink. The place has changed considerably since those far off days. I took some photos of the outside but it is painted a very dark blue and is not at all photogenic. Much more appealing was Angela’s plate of mini puds, with each little plate decorated with a tiny edible flower. After this excellent lunch we went back to D and A’s house for a cup of tea and a welcome sit in the sun.
