Flowers by the bike trail

We had a rather lazy morning, then R was out for his monthly “lunch with the lads” I got a few jobs done while he was out, then later in the afternoon we went cycling on the bike trail, starting from Corwin. It was a degree or so cooler today, though barely noticeable, but I find cycling is something Ii can do when it’s very hot. For one thing much of the bike trail is shaded, and the air going past you is a bit like a fan cooling you down a bit. It’s fine while you’re moving, but when you stop, you realize how hot you are! Anyway, I managed 12 miles return, which I was quite pleased with given the conditions! It certainly felt good to get back to the air conditioned car however!
