Gymnastic

A beautiful evening for duck watching and I was pleased to catch this lovely stretch in the sunshine.  I was supposed to be doing something similar in Pilates on Monday but it was far less graceful.

Sam, Lauren and Teddy the dog have arrived and are watching the Scotland match with Martin on the telly...  Teddy is quite interested in meeting the ducks but we're keeping her inside the house as we don't think it's reciprocal.  They loved meeting Lauren though (see extra).
