Blowing your own trumpet

I popped into our neighbours 'Cambridge Makers' to see the trumpet making workshop going on next door.

The trumpets were  mostly being engraved, but I'm expecting to hear some wonderful trumpet-ty noises tomorrow or Thursday.

Spent a lovely evening with Sandra and Kate, sipping wine in the garden and enjoying Sandra's aubergine pasta along with a good catch up.

Just what I needed.  Thank you both. x
