Got an Itch

This little hummingbird sat for the longest time scratching and grooming; I think it is very young.

Today I was up and about only using a cane; I felt great and even walked around the garden with my daughter. But later I lay down for a while and when I tried to get up I hurt like crazy. Eventually, I felt better as long as I walked around; as soon as I sat down and got back up the pain returned. Hmmmm...I may have to keep moving to avoid pain. :-))  

I am in bed now and I am reasonably comfortable. Hopefully I will fall asleep easily.
