Flowers brought a Friend

A friend brought me some flowers from her garden but when I got close enough for a photo I saw the lily had brought a friend on it. I don't know what kind of little green caterpillar it is but I don't think I want it staying on a lily on my kitchen table! 

I continue to do well, I have just a tiny bit of pain when I am up and about. I can walk with a walker or cane quite easily on sturdy surfaces But as soon as I sit or lay down and then get up, the muscles in my leg tense up and hurt,  I have never felt something like this before.
