To the Lighthouse

It was cloudy this morning so after we’d taken Poppy for a walk around the village, we headed into Alnwick for a look around Barter Books. Needless to say we were there for rather a long time. Mr P found several art books to buy and we had elevenses there. Back to the vicarage for lunch and then like yesterday, the clouds cleared and the sun came out, so we took Poppy to Amble and then spent the rest of the afternoon with her on Warkworth Beach. Wonderful beach and practically deserted. She didn’t want to leave, even though it was time for her tea. Thanks to ForthPorts for the recommendation.
