Common Spotted Orchid ( Dactylorhiza fuchsii )

I am not 100% certain of my identification so if you know I am wrong please tell me.  It has to be common even if it isn't bearing that name, for a few years now they have been cropping up in the containers in the garden.  This leaves me a little puzzled as I have been given to understand wild orchids don't do well unless they find a fungus specific to their species in the substrate.  How potting compost contains the required fungus I haven't worked out.
